Welcome friend, my name is Britt!
My name is Brittnie and I am the face behind Britt Prody Photography. I am located near the Kansas City metro area where I live with my husband and our two girls. When I am not capturing your life's sweet moments, you can find me spending time with friends and family, enjoying time outdoors, binge watching cooking shows or the latest Netflix series. Photography was my hobby, but flourished into a passion. I love capturing everyday moments and turning them into magic.
The Session
As if telling a story, I love to capture candid and sentimental moments that would otherwise be just a memory. I do like to get some posed and “look at the camera” shots as well. I have an appreciation for nature and natural light. I can see the beauty in even the simplest settings accompanied by the golden glow of the sun just before it sets. Even overcast skies can provide for a gorgeous and moody setting.
During my sessions, I encourage playfulness and loving interaction. I feel that moments like this make for some of the most beautiful images. My sessions can be very laid back, so no need to stress over being proper and perfection. I will capture you, through my lens, for who you are, naturally and authentically.
